Founder & CEO
Lee is our co-founder, who, along with Emma, has built Nerds 2 U into one of Melbourne's premier agencies over the past 15+ years. He is passionate about helping people (and businesses) discover what they want, why they want it, and how to achieve it.

Nathan
Software Programmer
Nathan is a founding member of the team – having experienced all that Nerds 2 U has to offer from minute one of day one. With a background in Business Management, Nathan has experience with companies like CBA, Ricoh and Collins Foods.
Andrew
Project Manager
Building his first website in 1995, Andrew has always been an early adopter, integrating new technology solutions to solve business challenges. With years of experience in marketing, advertising, and broadcasting, our clients gain from Andrew’s work in both small business as well as national and international organisations.
Rebecca
Operations Manager
A resident Pom, Rebecca is our all-round busy-bee as our Operations Manager, with also previously leading our SEO team and working in our Production team. No stranger to juggling multiple things at once, Rebecca simultaneously completed a Diploma of Event Management, Associate Degree in Theology, Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Creative Industries in four years. She also completed her Masters of Digital Communication in December 2021, with her thesis project testing the effectiveness of AI copywriting systems against human copywriters.
Jake
Accounts Manager
After entering the Digital marketing scene in 2013 and holding positions in Business Development, Digital Strategy, and Account Management across multiple Digital Agencies, he’s developed a wide range of skills and knowledge and is always eager to learn about new clients and their goals.
Georgia
Web Designer
Originally from New Zealand, Georgia has spent the past four years honing her skills in both web and graphic design, working across corporate and agency environments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Georgia brings a strong understanding of aesthetics, user experience, and creative problem-solving to every project she takes on.

COVID-19 demonstrated the need to have a fully functioning online presence that business owners could easily update to suit changing situations. We proudly retained 98% of our clients between 2019 and 2020 and took on dozens more every month as Australians turned to a proven provider who know what's important and provide understanding. Our web design platform is efficiently simple and effective in gaining local and national reach.

Our team of web design experts comprises seven dynamic members who love what they do. They will project manage your design from start to finish, guiding you along the way. Your assigned Project Manager will ensure progress of your website and sound communication - you will be introduced to them at the start of the project!
